They bake their breads and sweets in small batches with the utmost care, which means everything they sell is fresh and delicious. Owner Jen Carson is a Princeton resident who is incredibly proud of the farmers and producers of New Jersey – so she only uses the best ingredients, including locally sourced fruit and eggs. LiLLiPiES offers their signature two-inch tartlets, a variety of sourdough products, and offers more than just the sweet treats they have become renown for.
