Founded by Tom Grim and Stalin Bedon, Nomad Pizza started out as a food truck – but demand quickly grew as word of its pies spread.
Nomad recently opened at the former site of the Amoco gas station, complementing its ample indoor seating with a beautiful outdoor patio. Known for its wood-fired Neapolitan pizza, farm-to-table ingredients and homemade mozzarella combine for a truly unforgettable dining experience. There are over sixteen pizza options to chose from – including Trenton tomato pies with dough that takes four days to make! – and seasonal, fresh salads that are a refreshing complement to Nomad’s pies.
