2023 Winner of Princeton Vegan Chef Competition
The Blue Bears aims to achieve two goals: to sell diverse, freshly made meals every day and to provide sustainable and meaningful jobs for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Young adults with IDD will assist our two chefs in preparing and packing daily meals and treats. Meals are available M-F for take-out or eat-in at Blue Bear’s. Our online ordering option also allows a customer to pick up on-site. The coffee we serve comes from Lavazza, the esteemed Italian torrifacteur. Ready-made coffee drinks will be sold on-site as well as retail ground coffee packs. A daily seafood option will be available among many choices in the Blue Bears menu mix. We are proud to use local provider Nassau Seafood on Nassau Street in downtown Princeton.
